Sekoya Individ & Familj is Sekoya’s new platform for individual and family care services in Sweden. The initiative strengthens Sekoya’s presence in the Nordic care sector and reflects its commitment to long-term, people-centered ownership.

Led by Emil Wallgren, the platform focuses on acquiring and developing well-established care providers that offer high-quality, locally rooted support to individuals and families. Sekoya’s approach is founder-friendly – built on transparency, respect, and efficiency – with a typical acquisition process of 6–8 weeks from first meeting to signing.

Each company that joins Sekoya retains its local identity and independence while gaining access to shared expertise, networks, and resources. For founders, this means long-term security and the freedom to keep running their businesses their own way.
