Medvind Assistanse is a Norwegian-owned company that provides the equality tool known as user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) for individuals with disabilities. BPA enables people to live active and independent lives, with a focus on self-realization and community participation. Medvind Assistanse is best known for its «Lifetime Guarantee/Livsløpsgarantien». Life is not static, and the Lifetime Guarantee means that we are solution-oriented and adapt our services accordingly. At Medvind Assistanse, we have many skilled employees with extensive administrative experience and professional backgrounds. Additionally, 34 percent of our administrative staff have a disability, and many also serve as managers in their own BPA arrangements. We have specialized advisors with expertise in areas such as: BPA for children Culture and sports Sexuality Parents with disabilities who use BPA.

Viken Bo og Omsorg provides tailored care services for individuals of all ages in Norway, primarily partnering with municipal health and care services. Services are arranged through agreements and decisions by municipalities and are not available for private purchase. Viken Bo og Omsorg mainly supports individuals with significant challenges who fall outside traditional municipal services. The goal is to help residents achieve a dignified life with maximum quality, focusing on enhancing independence and potentially reducing long-term care needs through targeted efforts and high user involvement. The company offers flexible, short-notice services through residential and care facilities in both its own and users’ homes, including co-located housing, shared accommodations, or individual arrangements. Services Offered: 24-hour residential care for all ages. Relief care or full-time care for those under 18.

Avustajaklinikka OY is a specialised Finnish provider of personal assistance, headquartered in Helsinki. Avustajaklinikka combines the methodology on delivering individualised support, a consistent commitment to self-determination, quality of life, and equal participation in society for the people it serves. As of 17.04.2026, Avustajaklinikka became part of Sekoya, marking the group's first step into Finland and strengthening its presence within personal assistance across the Nordics. Avustajaklinikka continues under its own name, with the same leadership and full operational responsibility. The company's distinct identity, professional culture, and local roots remain unchanged.

Amplius Omsorg is a specialised Swedish care provider focused on children, young people, and families. Operating within clearly defined target groups, Amplius combines evidence-based methods, systematic follow-up, and a consistent child-centered perspective to deliver high-quality care and treatment. As of 3 March 2026, Amplius became part of Sekoya Individ & Familj, strengthening the group's presence and expertise within the child and family care segment. Amplius continues under its own name, with the same leadership and full operational responsibility. God Assistans AB
God Assistans was founded by childhood friends Mikael and Martin, driven by a personal commitment to improve personal assistance services. They aim to provide support that enables individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Mikael’s life changed when his son Hugo was born with a severe brain malformation, leading him to leave his corporate career to focus on family and a new path. This shared vision with Martin, who has extensive experience in care and management within personal assistance, inspired them to create God Assistans – a company genuinely committed to quality assistance. Beyond God Assistans, the company identified needs in related areas, leading to additional initiatives: God Juridik offers legal support in assistance matters God Omsorg provides respite care and personal support Mikael and Martin also started Glädjeruset, an inclusive race where everyone is welcome, and every step is a victory. They also established Hugos Stiftelse, a foundation supporting children and youth with disabilities. God Assistans has closely collaborated with both of these initiatives and will continue to maintain a strong partnership with them in the future to further their positive impact.

VäxaEnheten - a part of Sekoya Individ & familj, is a well-established Swedish care provider specializing in family homes and supported housing for adults in Karlstad and the surrounding area. As of October 1, 2025, VäxaEnheten became the first company to join Sekoya Individ & Familj, marking an important milestone in Sekoya’s Swedish expansion. Known for its safe, structured, and person-centered approach, VäxaEnheten has built a strong reputation for quality and trust.
