Viken Bo og Omsorg AS (VBO) provides health and care services for adults over 18 years old with complex needs — including substance use and mental health challenges (ROP), physical disabilities, and refugees with special requirements. Residents live in individual, adapted apartments with 24-hour support from qualified staff. The services are characterized by relationship-based, goal-oriented work, interdisciplinary collaboration, and personalized plans that promote independence and mastery.

VBO employs around 300 people and operates in Oslo, Bergen, and Sarpsborg. The professional team includes nurses, social educators, social workers, and environmental therapists with specialized training in substance abuse, mental health, and functional support.
